Rank Info+requirements

These are the details of the Ranks and requierments

Noob - A new person to the server who hasn't registered on the forums yet- Cant build

Citizen - A Person who has registered on the forums-can build

Respected Citizen - Same as citizen ,has proved worth on server-eg building something really good ,helping admins with Noobs etc
Perks:Coloured Chat,
VIP - Can spawn items ,fly and set warps (basic description) Costs $7.00NZ a month (helps to pay for server costs)

Mod - Can promote Noobs to Citizen, Assistant to Admins and owners can kick and jail, Requirements :has been on server for a length of time and has been extremely helpful to Admins etc and can build well, friendly to all members, must apply

107.6.134.90:25573 is the ip, but bukkit hasnt updated fully to 1.8 yet so we are still on 1.7, we will make a new forum post when we have updated
